"Not accepting urgent works"
Should allow time more than 1 week for normal work and 1 month or more for Novel cover if you have deadline
Unless sketch type can be faster depending on the queue and details of the work as well.
If you want urgent work in 1-3 days for sketch 5-7 days for full CG.
If I can accept it will has additional fee 50% of full price for accelerating work.

The Artist has a right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with explanation.

The Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:

Full refund If the work has not yet been agreed upon as a draft

50% refund and latest work in progress If the draft has already been agreed upon

If the Artist cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.

The Client may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...). But the artist is not responsible for the results of any modifications.

If you want commercial rights Please notify first every time (such as novel covers, advertising media, products or giveaways, YouTubers, and others that use the work/design for commercial use to generate income).

The queue order may be changed due to many factors such as task difficulty, response speed, work acceleration, death line, etc.

The Client can inquire about the progress of the work. No more than 3 times a week or when there have been no updates for more than 2 weeks.

The Artist has a right to upload the commission on any/ all social media unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private and the royalty fee is calculated as ×1.3 times the price.

The price on the website is only the starting price. There may be additional details. and later complexity You can send a brief to ask about the price first.

If it is a drawing with more than one character, an additional amount will be added according to the starting price of that scale. And there may be additions and subtractions based on position or character details.
​**Employers/Customers are not allowed to bring sketches that are not selected or not confirm to use/to be used if you are not trading them as your own, such as idea/composition/sketches that has been drafted as optional (the one that you can use is the only one you chosen) and then publicized or used to advertise for your benefit . I will billing for that published work, I have the right to the works that employers/customers don't been chosen. I can keep them for private use or to be furthered/ offer for sale to others/make YCH etc.
**Sometime I will painted between anime or a little bit semi real style If I think it fit with character and mood tone. You can see in the example arts, some will watch more anime. Some are closer to the semi real a little because light/contrast/shading, so if you want what feeling special, please tell me first or give me ref.
Feel free to send brief and ask for estimate prices. You can refuse my quotation (No cost for this step).
If you have limited budget you can tell me to discuss or reduce work scale fit to your budget. Or talk about payment plan if you don't hurry to use case by case.

(Commercial purpose) Normally price will be X2 from personal use or talk to discuss.
If Character is low details Kemonomimi, has normal ears and tails like normal animal, Can use Real life prices base.

Can be used commercially. There will be commercial addition costs such as covers / illustrations for novels, Shirt designs, Advertising, Key chains, Game art, Youtuber everything that has been made income is considered to be commercial. Credit or not as agreed.

Can edit work after receiving it. But should talk with me before, as informed in Notice.

Can ask for edit a little after confirm finish works Free. but if have a lot will has addition costs. For commercail works if have problem with files or ask for advice is free. (Not counting the case such as asking for separation layers but didn't tell me in advance.) Please make it clear which file format and what size do you need.

Can use design in some little commercial purpose project such as Doujin, Comic, Goods, Must draw new Can’t use my pictures in commercial purposes, I sell just design not include my drawings/paintings.
